- Custom Engraved Items: Once an item has been custom laser engraved, it is considered a final sale. No returns or refunds will be accepted for custom-engraved products.
- Non-Custom Items: Returns may be accepted for unused, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
